I asked Juan if checking fluids also included letting me know if windshield wiper fluid being low? He said yes. Well visit prior to this one it was empty. And when I left dealership I checked it again and it was empty. He did have the wire that the fluid goes through checked and that there was a slit. When I asked how much would it cost to fix He had no answer. He did not even bother to look or ask someone. I called the dealership to speak with Juan and he was away from his desk I left a message to please call me back and he did not.
I'm really disappointed in the service I have received this visit and the one before. I trust the dealership to check and make sure my car is ok and they failed me twice. I'm having second thoughts about the service workers really caring for customers.
