I came into the dealership to receive an oil change. As I was leaving the dealership, I noticed that a new warning light was on my dashboard that was not there when I brought my car to do service hours prior. I asked a service provider, Anthony, if there was any way it could be checked out since it came on during service to which he agreed to and was very kind about helping me. It took an additional two hours to get the codes checked and when asking my service provider, Sylvia, about it I was met with a rude attitude and that the warning light wasn’t the dealership’s issue because I have a faulty headlight from a hit which are not related in any way. I don’t think that the light coming on directly after service was just a coincidence, so I just want to have the issue resolved.
