My service advisor was Valentino. I thought he was very professional kind and considerate of the way I felt About my previous experience at Honda. I was very disappointed that nothing was resolved at that time. He kept me informed about what was gonna be going on with my Vehicle which made me feel confident in his job. So appreciate it his concern about getting my issue resolved. If for any reason I need to go back to Honda for any type of service I would not mind having him as my adviser again.
