My service manager was extremely unprofessional in his communication with me. I received a text at 10:30 saying my car needed alignment. I called him at 10:50 with no answer and was told he would call back. I called again at 12:30 with the same result. I called again at 2 was able to talk to him. Instead of just saying “hey I apologize for not getting back to it was super busy” or something like that, he proceeds to tell me he called and left a message. A lie because I don’t have voicemail. When I confront him with this, He just waved it off like it was no big deal. he said “well let’s just move past that so we can get your car going. Meanwhile I’m without my car the whole day. Needs better training in customer service.
