I never saw this man until check out. Not one word except that my car would be brought up to the front. I guess you might call that good service in some places.

I was charged for a service my car did not need. The dash light still reads “oil service”….it was not reset. The car was not washed. Very lousy service. I don’t think I will be going back there.

Joshua is an excellent employee. When I got there, he got my car checked in, asked what was happening and explained how long the wait would be due to being slightly backed up. When my car was done, he handed me the invoice and explained why the issue I was having had occurred and personally saw to it that I received my car.
