The wrong part was ordered and was attached to my brand new car. Brian's gonna fix it but it shouldn't have ever happened. BRAND NEW CAR.

The car isn’t even a month old and needed a battery. I had an appointment but was told others were ahead of me because I didn’t have an appointment so the car sat all day until I complained. I had no transportation for 2 days including getting a ride to pick the car up and had to spend $50.00 for an Uber to go get the car I had just paid over $40K for. I asked about a shuttle service and was told you don’t offer it. We are extremely disappointed that someone didn’t go the extra mile to get the car returned to us!
