While waiting for the car, there was another customer waiting as well but he saying rude comments towards me. He saying “arrogant ****.”and maybe that’s because I’m a lesbian but I felt very unsafe while waiting for my car to be done. I didn’t bring it up because I didn’t want attention towards me since it is an anxiety thing for me. I will continue to bring my car in for maintenance but I can no longer wait there if there are judgmental customers being rude toward another.

Javier was excellent. But since the change in having the inspection digital. I went off by what Javier was saying I needed done or will need in the future. But he did not mention I had a nail in my tire. I would have expected someone to have verbally told me that for safety reasons. That is why I get my car serviced by you guys because I know you will take care of me. I was very disappointed and bummed out. I was also mad at myself for not looking at the digital inspection myself . I usually do when it was on paper.
