On arrival I told greeters and advisor not to roll down windows due to new install window tint. When I received the vehicle when service was done windows was rolled down. I don’t appreciate that. My regular advisor was on vacation. Brandon Nelson is my regular advisor. I know if he was was there yesterday this will not happen. So now I learn that I will not take my vehicle when Brandon is not there.
