I believe Javier did pretty much all he could under the circumstances and I appreciate that. However, My BCM needs to be replaced. It is under warranty but, after 30 days of my car being on Reeves’ lot, I’m told maybe the BCM will be available in ANOTHER 30 days. Maybe. So the car has come home, unrepaired. Honda has failed its customers by not manufacturing and distributing the replacement parts necessary to support its product line.
