Employee is very professional. Good customer service. The dissatisfaction has to do with the price of my back brake lights. $600.00 is a ridiculous amount when you can find this part for about $120.00 I have had problems with my tire light almost since I bought the HRV. I got a flat tire on the freeway about a week after having my car serviced. I have not been too happy with some of the f those issues.
