While I understand there is a process to find the problem with my car. I don't appreciate the lack of communication, follow up and misleading statements from the service representative Juan Luna that was helping me. Again, I want to stablish that I am not mad technicians could not find a problem with my car. I am upset that I felt I had to hunt my service representative for information. He would wait until the end of the day to provide any information and would not inform me whether he'd be in or not the next day. One day he said will check tomorrow and then the next day when I texted, he said I will find more information for you. When I called the main line after a few hours of our previous text I was told he was off that day. I am not upset he had the day off. I am upset he could not let me know about this so I can talk to someone else about my car. Do I have to be present during the whole time my car is there in front of his desk so I can be informed of the status of my car? I feel very disappointed with his service. I would want to request a different service representative the next time I bring my car since it is still leaking for diagnostics.
