I waited 2 hours, I was told an hour and half. I followed up asking the status of my car since I didn't see it being worked on or parked anywhere I could see it. I asked Carlos the status, I told him I had been waiting for 2hours his response "and"...and how much longer, he called or asked another tech about paper work, which again had no urgency and the oh, on an empty desk, the other tech was like oh well and walked out. Now to review paper work all was OK, but the alignment was off a bit, why wasn't this brought to my attention when it was being worked on, why was this not offered to be taken care of.
I hear helpful honda commercials all the time and and these guys were NOT helpful at all.
Very disappointed with the overall service.

My 2021 Honda ridgeline factory headlights never completely worked right from the time I bought my car, I recently added ditch lights, and has nothing to do with the current problem with my headlights. The service advisor told me I would have to take my ditch lights off before they could look into it any further. I felt that service advisor just did not want to put any more time into it even though I let him know that the problem was there before I had ditch lights installed. If Honda cannot help me king Honda recommend someone for me to take my car to that will be able to help me with this issue.
