Hello, it’s a very long waiting time for service to be done, which was understandable. However, when I picked up the car, Juan told me the technician cut the right molding incorrectly. Juan said he had to order a replacement part and it’d take 7 to 10 days to receive it. I don’t know when Juan would order the part and when i'd be scheduled to get it replaced for my car. It'd take me 40mins to go to your dealer from my home. Could you please check the part order status and let me know. Thank you

They didn’t do the full inspection or attach the inspection sheet to the actual paperwork. They didn’t tell me how much where I have left on my brakes. That’s a standard inspection that I’ve always gotten whether I go to West Covina or Pasadena Honda.
