I had an appointment at 11:20. No one came to look at my car until 11:50.
Samuel Tung was the ONLY person that showed any consideration for my frustrations.
Even your Service manager was dismissive of my concerns and needing to be able to get my kids on time.
Mr. Tung went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced in a timely fashion so I would still be able to pick up my kids.
Mr. Tung was the only person who was able to get things done!

My appointment was for 12:40pm for an oil change. My vehicle didn’t get checked in until 1:20pm and completed until 2:50pm. It’s pointless to make an appointment if Honda doesn’t keep your time slotted. Long wait made it a frustrating experience.
Our service provider Javier did great and I understand it’s not his fault.
