My concern about water intrusion into my cargo area was not resolved on the first visit. Once at home I found the carpet padding was still saturated and little effort was made to dry it up. I returned over a week later with the padding still soaked. I'm not sure the leak was found but they assured me it was. When I picked it up the second time, I checked the padding again only to find out still wet. I know they cleaned the carpet but moisture should not be left in the padding like this. I feel like they just want to move on to the next guy and not really address the concern, hoping the customer won't realize what happened while the car is there or not say anything if they do. Sadly you are the closest dealer to me. Otherwise I would go somewhere else.

I am so impressed with the attention of customer service provided by Trinity Guzman. She is a rock star in your organization, she absolutely did everything she could so that my car service got done , even though there was a mistake in the hours planned over the internet and on a Saturday. Trinity managed to loan me a car so the repairs got finished on Monday.
