As always, Trinity and her technicians go above and beyond with every visit I make to Norm Reeves Honda West Covina. Very accommodating! It is to the point that I go out of my way to ask for her whenever I am in dire need of service. I would recommend her to any of my fellow Honda owners.

I was given a revised estimate via Honda's newer texting service and I made my financial decisions off of that estimate only to be charged $100 more than I was quoted at the end. The service support person did not honor the initial revised quote (the 1st quote texted to me with the options to accept or decline services). So, I paid but I would like the extra $100 reimbursed to my credit card because that initial estimate is still a legal contract/agreement and I am limited on funds as a full time vet med student. I would have gotten 2 of those services done with next month's money. So, the physical work done on my car I'm happy with but I'm disappointed with the customer service part. I would still greatly appreciate it if you considered honoring the $273 estimate that I signed to first.
