Brandon was exceptional!! He deserves a raise. The mangers were rude and the place was unorganized— waited 30mins in the rain to check in my car. When I asked for a manger was told none were available and they were all in a meeting. They were standing in a glass office bs-ing, looking at phones and drinking coffee. Didn’t seem overly concerned or interested in their service advisors being understaffed and overwhelmed.

The service driver was stalling
My vehicle as he was driving it(wrong gear and stalled my car to stop it) I asked him if he drove stick he said “not really” and he was the only one they had at the moment and chuckled it off. When I go in to service my car I don’t plan on getting it more damaged to pay for it later. Next time I’d like to drive my own vehicle in and out or make sure you have a driver who can drive stick well. Seeing that was painful.
