Samuel is a great service associate. He did everything he could to help me. Unfortunately the new or maybe reconditioned audio component of the Infotainment center once installed, still didn't work. That night the Infotainment display did not work at all. I couldn't even get the side view mirror camera to respond when I flipped on the indicator. Nothing worked! It was worse than when I brought it in that morning. No phone, no radio, no camera, no nothing. It's scary to drive that way!!
