Everything was good except for the wait time and the fact that the mechanic or who ever was working on my car broke my car wireless charger. Jose they try to accommodate me and gave me a less quality phone holder.

Took months to get the part and was told my part came in and someone else took the part. Carlos told us repeatedly over the several months we called in checking on the status that he would call us immediately when the part came in. HE NEVER CALLED US. We had to call to find out it was taken for someone else and then luckily we called again and found out the part was in stock. Extremely frustrating.
