Sam has been fantastic throughout the process, and my comment is for the service tech team. During the visit to have my door panel trim replaced via warranty work, it looks like the clear protective film and door seal were damaged during the repair. I was shocked at the lack of care for a very simple work. Both damages could've been avoided if the tech used a bit of care and not brute force the repair. I informed Sam of the issue before I left, and I hope it can be fixed next time when I'm back for the pending warranty work. I've asked Sam to order the parts, so they can complete them in one visit.
