I had a really great hassle free experience and happy with Cristian Carranza’s service. He recommended a few services based on my services history with Norm Reeves but was not pushing me to agree to the services like the other Honda services representatives in the past. I was dreading going in at beginning of appointment with the thought that I will be pushed in all kinds of maintenance services but not this time. Thank you Cristian for making my Saturday a bit stress free this time.

Unfortunately , the problem was not fixed and inside the vehicle there is still a “popping noise cracking” on the sound/electrical of the vehicle. It’s frustrating that your employees tell you that they do not hear the notices when I hear it every time I drive the vehicle. Also, I expected at bare minimum 50% off discount for the two tires I paid for since the dealer did not rotate the tires when I asked them to in previous visits. The service advisor would say “You don’t need to.” Then when they finally the when rhe tires were rotated, it was too late the tires had loss too much thread. Further, I’m sure an alignment prior to 30k was probably needed too, but the advisor never mentioned. I wish Norm Reeves could given more than 15% discount for the poor service. The customer entrusts that service managers will do their job not only for the ethical and customer service but as agreed, more importantly for the safety of the persons in the vehicle. I have a child I that I provide transportation day to day and this matter manners to me as it should you.
