Thankful that Anthony Sanchez was my service rep. He remembered from last year my service needs. Very friendly, thoughtful, caring, speedy.
I noticed that Anthony is 100% focused on the customer he is speaking with, whether on the phone or in person, which I appreciate.
For me, he helped me budget by alerting me to service needed @ next visit, with $quote. I also appreciate him giving me discounts that I am eligible for.

My car needed a retainer clip. I was told they don't sell only one. That I have to buy the set of four for $60. I agreed because what other choice do I have. The bill shows that they are $15 per clip. Online they can be purchased for $3 per retainer! Anyway, the dealership got me for $45 and sold me parts that I didn't need. It's all good. Learned my lesson.
