Originally scheduled with Juan (service advisor). He went through the service plan with me.
Car was estimated to be done by 2:30PM. I had work at 3PM which was not a problem. I called at 1:45PM for an update and the service secretary (Veronica) said Carlos was on lunch and that he was my advisor. I was confused. Waited at the lobby until about 220PM and Carlos told me the part (condensor) I was getting replaced was defective. They were retrieving another part from Diamond Honda. The new ETA for completion was now 4PM. Unfortunately there were not any more courtesy cars I could use to just take for work. My Car was ready by 430 PM. However Carlos was very professional and apologetic. I still would recommend him. I would still go back to get my car serviced in the future.
