I had my appointment at 10:20 AM. When I got there, I tall Samuel tongue that I needed to leave no later than 1:30 PM. It was 12:15 PM and samuel tongue never got back to me to let me know about my car. I saw my car parked in the back. They haven’t even touched my car. It was just parked there and I couldn’t find Samuel I think he went to lunch. But I think it’s unprofessional not to let the customer know what’s going on.
