I got some inaccurate information that cost me a full day and a half of wasted time and wasted your staff time. The person who helped me had only been there a month and was clearly not well trained.

My only two complaints were unrelated to Samuel. He was great. I took in a civic and the engine air filter had grease on the clean side that faces the throttle body. I installed that air filter myself and I installed it clean on both sides. My guess is that when it was checked it got greased up somehow on the clean side when it was checked during my visit. I replaced the air filter after my visit due to the grease and also because it was recommended to be replaced. My second complain is that on my accord I received my car with the engine oil dipstick only partially inserted. I pushed it all the way in until it stopped. About an inch or two. Other than that from what I can tell everything looks and sounds okay thus far. Samuel was great.
