Everything was simple with Juan. I got in and got out with no issues. Juan told me what was going to happen and everything worked out as he stated. He told me approximately how long it was going to take and the repairs ended taking as much time as Juan approximated. The waiting room was nice and clean and complimentary water was great. Nothing to complain and excellent experience. Juan checked in with me in the waiting room for a prompt update. Very simple and easy.

I was notified That the shuttle was a drop off service only when I was requesting to be picked up. The representative Trinity Guzman notified me that my vehicle was ready for pick up and took 45 minutes to respond to my question if I was going to be able to be picked up to retrieve my vehicle from the dealer.
