Javier was very helpful regardless of the shop bring shorthanded and taking 5 hours to work on my car.
Will still bring my Crv for service and hopefully you will have more technicians.

No cups for coffee machine in the morning. I brought car in for a “noise” and was told by service advisor brake rotors are glazed. Car was left so it could be “certified”. I was under the impression I would be contacted before end of day with an update on car. I did not receive a call. I Then tried several times to call and reach a person in service dept. Phone system did not seem to be working. I would be routed back to initial phone prompt. At end of day I called service dept and spoke to service agent who didn’t have info on car.
