About a year earlier my civic was still under warranty and was taken to your service dept. For a faulty air conditioner. The right side was cool but left was warm. At that time the service rep. Said it would be looked at and repaired , that it was covered. They kept the car all day. And returned it working both side were cooling fine. Because of rainy year I did not use my air conditioner very often Unfortunately a year later the same issues appeared ie: right side cool left warm so I brought it back to you. I was assigned to Brian D. Service rep. I explained the work that was done under warranty and that issues were exactly the same and that I felt they didn’t do the repair right the first time! Brian said he would look at history ? He came back and said the the repair was a recall and it did not have warranty but he would re-inspect my system for $180. Then let what the problem was. I didn’t agree and felt your work should be warranted . I told Brian that the previous service rep. Never said it was a recall ! Now I believe all they did was the recall and recharge system did not test for other leaks and that why it’s and issues again. After being told that the recall work that was done to my civic was NOT warranted . I was upset and asked to speak a supervisor . B.D. Said he would find someone for me. After a few minutes he came back and said he was told to inspect the previous work , he wold let me know if there were leaks on there previous work and if so they would correct it . Brian said it would an all day job an would call me when car was ready. I waited at dealer and noticed that my car was parked out side of shop ? I went back to see if my car was taken in for inspection, but it was still parked outside . I did the for the next 4 + hours and my car never moved. 4 hours later I get a call from Brian saying inspection was completed to come to his desk, I did and was told their previous repair was fine and that it was something else and it would cost me to find out. I was very upset after being lied to about. Inspection . I believe the tech. Oped hood saw the re-call repair and closed the hood. My complaint is that you sold me a extended warranty and was told my air condition system was covered BUT ALL THEY DID WAS THE RECALL AND CHARED STSTEM. Plus be being lied to about inspection YOUR DEALERSHIP HAS BEING DISHONEST ! My car’s air conditioner was charged and I was told told by service Director to come back I 2 to 3 months in the problem returned. This is my 4th. Honda and I’ve never had issues dealer service dept. Especially the Honesty until now at Norm Reeves West Covina. M. V.

Was charged that is not supposed to. If you haven’t complained just like it never happened. You have to come back to get the refund.
