I used to take my cars to West Covina location for services for years and no problem at all. But I was disappointed this time when I picked up my car snd realized that the hook still not secure to close. It’s dangerous if it opened while I was driving on the freeway. I’ve texted them and let them know but no one responded to my text so far.
