I originally came for a B2 service but was told that I needed a valve adjustment. I agreed to it because I was told that my car would be ready by 4pm, but when I got there, I was told that it would not be ready until 5:15. Anthony did provide a rental so that I can take my son to his 5pm class, but it was upsetting not to get an update about when the car would be ready so that I can plan accordingly.
