Had an appointment at 1145 got there and they had me sitting in my car while it was running idle for 20 minutes. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened while coming here. Don't mind the waiting but no one coming to check on you is bothering. I just took it in for a simple oil change. I left the building at 1208 and my car wasn't ready till pretty much 4.

Andrew was very attentive and patient with me and my dad. He also went the extra mile to pop open in the hood and show me how the brake fluid looked.
