Juan was very professional and gave us excellent service. He explained in detail what my car needed. And I never felt like he was pushing us to get the services that my car needed. I never like anybody to push me into doing things that I’m not comfortable with. But Juan made me feel very comfortable. and I’m very happy with the way my car is running. Next time I come in to get my car needs service I really would like to have Juan help us out. Thanks

I am very unpleased with my visit. I took my car about 3/4 weeks ago for a recall on the compressor seals. Anthony called me and said the recall was covered but that the reason my ac wasnt blowing cold air was because the evaporator. He said that i had to pay $2000 because that wasn’t covered under warranty. So i ended paying the money to get it fixed. When i took the car home the ac was still not blowing cold air. So i had to make another appt maybe 2 weeks later. I tried to get Anthony to be my service advisor as he was the person i dealt with the first time but he was too busy. So i was put with Juan luna. Juan called me during my appointment saying the technician said i had to replace the compressor and it would be about another $2000. How come i wasnt told the first time i took the car in that it was the compressor and not the evaporator? Or if it was both why not let me know then so i can have the choice to not fix it at all or not just pay for the evaporator and still not have running a.c.!!! After explaining my frustration of why i had to pay more money for the technicians fault. Juan called me after a week and said he got it down to me just having to pay for the part and not the labor which still came out to about $1000. I ended going with that and still paying just to have my ac working but i still feel as if i shouldn’t have had to again anything the second time. It was completely wrong. Such a horrible experience.After this experience i wouldn’t recommend anyone to norm reeves west covina anymore.

After my visit at the dealer for a simple service I got home let my car sit on level ground checked my oil and it was over filled. Also after reading the way the express techs rotated my tires seems like they only rotated 1 side. Service advisor was great but mechanics need more training or just simple care for others vehicles.

They forgot to put wiper fluid again even how many times I reminded them not to forget but they always do. I’m just hoping that only the wiper fluid they forget not the oil for my oil change or the services I scheduled.

I was quoted $200, I approved nothing extra, when I arrived I was given a bill of $228. There was nothing extra done from what was quoted. I was just charged for extra labor. Not sure if it was a 14% tip or what. I questioned the person helping me, he said well there are extras for disposing of oil and things like that. So I am to believe that when you quote an oil change the disposal fee is not included in the quote? That makes no sense. There were no extra parts, so I was charged for extra labor. It is not my fault if a technician takes longer than the standard. I felt ripped off. Very disappointed. Plus I bought an extended warranty and thought everything was covered for my $1500. Nope nothing but the engine and transmission. I would never have spent $1500 to only cover the engine. I guess you live and you learn. Thanks Honda.
