The service was good,I just noticed that under the driver seat someone damaged the floor area. It doesn't look like normal wear and tear. This wasn't like this when I dropped the car off. What did the maintenance workers do to the car to cause this?
I can send a picture if that helps. Disappointed because we bring all our cars here.

At this point, I'm not sure if management reads these comments. I've been a customer for the longest, I go to your dealership for anything tires, car maintenance and I was going to go get my sunroof glass fixed. I don't think this location should be my number one option for my car needs anymore. I had mistakes by your mechanics, I never had received a call by management, maybe being polite doesn't work for you guys. Please look I to the most recent incident, yesterday. Summary: everyone who came after me was gone, my car waited on the side because they "thought" it had been taken care of. I don't trust the work that's been done in my car anymore. Did they really do what they claim they do? I might take my car for an inspection somewhere else because I am feeling very uncomfortable. Juan was nice and following up with the guys in the back.

This comment is not reflecting Carlos since he did his job well.
I just want to let management know that I had appointment at 10:40am. I arrived on time. The lady at the receiving told me to pull up and wait between the 2 express lanes.
I was waiting there for over half hour, nobody from services checked me in. I talked to the lady in line behind me, she said her appointment is also at 10:40, still waiting to be checked in. I went inside to inquire about when I will be seen, a young lady said she would help but there was still nothing. I went back to the receiving attendant, at that time she said my car has number 2 so. I will be next.
When I looked at the number of the cars that came in after mine, they also have number 1 (car parked behind me and on the next lane over)
Total amount of my wait time was 40 minutes.
I have been a regular customer of Honda for many years. I was only want to voice my opinion for this is unacceptable for customer with appointment.
Please look in way of improving your schedule or your staffs.
Carlos should not be penalized for my comments at all.
