I was told that nothing was wrong and that it always makes that noise and it will continue to make that noise after service. Proceeded with the service anyways and found out rotors were glazed and had to be resurfaced. I was told an hour it took three hours... Very upset and mad there's no reason for them to make assumptions and confuse the customer what if I would have listened to him and said okay and took off the car would have been subject to more damage.
