I wanted to say I am satisfied but I requested a new key fob with programming. I got the key fob but it was not programmed. I do not know what is the Quality Check Procedures but this step was missing. This car stayed over for 2 nights at early drop off and this key fob request was not fully fulfilled. I contacted Brian of this mishap and he said to come in on Monday, 10/2/23 @ 05:00pm. On my end I came at 5:30pm but Brian was not there. Maybe I missed him. At the end of the day, the issue was not resolved. I assumed a new key fob purchase includes a programming since I paid roughly $300.00. How can we accommodate a customer who paid with an incomplete order and wasted his time on a Monday? Does a customer get refunded partial on time and gas? I would like constructive criticism for myself as a customer as well. Thank you!
