I had no problem with Yuissa, she was professional and helpful. But the service tech didn’t check my battery and put on my paperwork that the battery was fine. When I turned on the vehicle Saturday morning it displayed a message of low battery. My wife told me she got the same message Sunday not. That is why I take it in for service so I don’t have to do it myself.
