Valerie was great! With an appointment to just have an oil change and basic once over, was hoping to get my car back in an hour and a half. Took 3 hours and had to find other means of transportation to my doctor appointment. I understand it was busy however maybe they shouldn’t take in so many “walk ins”. Was not the fault of any of the employees thus the great rating for their work.
