Genaro was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to service my car. One of the issues was my car’s battery. When I told him I had my battery replaced at Honda, Genaro took the time to go through the computer twice to make sure. I have been taking my car to service at Honda, and this is my very first 100% satisfactory experience.
