The cost of the diagnostic, coupled with the cost of the parts ($50 over market price per spark plug) made the service extremely over priced. I will not be back with any of my vehicles for service, nor will I be purchasing my next Honda there. I will also be encouraging everyone I know to avoid Norm Reeves Honda, as they will not get a fair price for anything there.

I scheduled an appointment for 9am. After Sean inspected my car, he noticed the cap for the transmission fluid was not on. We noticed it was stuck in the engine and said it would be put on. He said he would text me or call me when the car was ready. After not hearing from him by 1:30pm, I decided to go back and check on the status. I didn’t see him until about 3pm. When I asked for the status, he went to go check only to tell me the car had already been ready but no one “communicated” to him that it was ready. My whole day was wasted right there!!! All because there was no communication. This isn’t the first time I “make an appointment” here and takes all day to service my car. Not sure what the point of these appointments are if you still have to wait all day. And to top it off, I checked to see if he had put on the cap for the transmission and it was still not on. For the amount of money I pay for labor, I would expect better service. So unprofessional.

Carlos Montiel is an excellent and professional service specialist. Attentive to all of our concerns. Realistic expectations of when the vehicle would be ready, and the utmost dignified and courteous mannerism anyone could ask for. Truthfully, we almost gave up on Norm Reeves, not because of any service writer, but because it felt too big…was I just a number? A dollar sign? Would anyone here really care?
