1. I don’t understand why you insist on charging me for a brake inspection. My and my family’s safety should be complementary with a tire rotation as it always has been at other dealerships since you already have the wheels removed. The brake pads are visible and easily inspected without any additional effort.
2. Your vehicle inspection checklist is vague about “may need future attention” items. The service advisor clearly has no idea what exactly “may need future attention” means and gives equally vague explanations as to what it means when asked for clarification.
As a result, having my vehicle serviced at your dealership leaves me wondering about
1. What condition my brakes are in,
2. What exactly “may need future attention” and
3. Did you top off any fluids that were low or do I still need to attend to it?
