When I picked up my car I asked the advisor if they found any problems during the multi point inspection because the paperwork wasn’t attached to my invoice. The advisor informed me nothing happened was found and everything was fine with my car. Two hours later after I picked up my car I received a text from the advisor that they found multiple issues during the multi point inspection. I was very disappointed that this information wasn’t shared with me prior or during my car pick up. I do not trust the advisor for falsely stating my car had no issues. I also am disappointed that the multi point inspection sheet wasn’t given to me and the issues on it wasn’t explained to me.

After you replaced the control arm, you didn’t do the four wheels’ alignment for my 2018 Odyssey. As I know, the four wheels’ alignment is a necessary task. Even I am not a technician or expert of vehicle maintenance. I contacted the service department today, while both Trinity and Joesph were off. Next Monday I will call again to get the reasonable answer.

Art did what I was asked him to do. I didn’t feel like I was taken being advantage of because I’m a female. I know car dealerships and mechanics do treated women differently and tried to charge them more for unnecessary work or extra for the same service. I didn’t get that vibe from Art. I will be happy to get him help me in the future and trust what he said based on this experience.
