There was major miscommunication with my lease down payment and when I came back to discuss it, the service manager Chris Dao was extremely rude to me and my father. He told us basically he doesn’t need my business and it’s best I return the car. The finance guy Moe was nice and helped me keep the car but the overall experience was extremely upsetting. Not to mention, my car is making a sound and when I took it to the service department then couldn’t find an issue with it. I’m extremely disappointed in how stressful this experience has been. Another issue I had is that after my monthly payment amount was decided, the finance let me know that the car doesn’t come with an alarm system which costs extra monthly. Armando, the salesman who leased me the car should have been transparent about this from the beginning and worked it into my payment or at least let me know. I would like to speak to the general manager regarding the experience I had.
