Excellent customer service as usual. Ramblino and his crew did outstanding work on my car and resolved the engine light issues that had me worried. All that was required was a download of a software update that took a couple of hours which was not a problem. The free coffee and snacks were excellent because they were available. I called the store and they said that their service area closed at 6pm. I made an appointment to bring in my car at 4:20. I received a text at 4:58 saying my car needs to be picked up due to them closing at 5pm. I felt very rushed and was told to text my card information to pay quicker which made me uncomfortable to send that information over text message and made me feel more rushed.
