Ram was super helpful and informative through my entire visit and made sure to keep me in the loop with what was going on with my car, as I had an AC issue. He made the process seamless and was able to get me in and out same day when I expected my car to take longer. I would definitely recommend bringing your Honda to Ram he'll make sure youre well taken care of

Let me start this review by saying, Mr. David Ochoa fully exceeded any and all my expectations. This respectful & very knowledgeable being restored my faith in Honda. I’ve had issues with my 2018 Civic from 2021 and on and I swore I would never buy a Honda again. David single handedly changed my opinion. He was absolutely great, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get my car repaired within a timely manner. I’m not sure what else to say other than I will not be going back unless David is there to assist. This man deserves a raise ASAP because he’s a gem.
