Sean Wong was very professional and kind...The service process needs fixing. I waited in my car for 30 mins while people were just standing around doing nothing but talking before I complained and finally got help. After that Sean took over and it was good service. Overall service process is chaos!

I had requested for a shuttle pick up during my lunch time at 12pm and made sure I notified my advisor that I only had an hr for my lunch and needed to be back by 1pm. I got a text around 12:02 saying that my driver was about 25 mins away. I was already clocked out for lunch to go pick up my vehicle and so I waited to be picked up at 12:30 and when I got back from picking up my car I was late to work.
