I checked in at 9:50am for my 10am appointment and was made to wait 50 mins before meeting with service rep. This does not meet my expectations of good customer service. Also after picking up my car when I got home I noticed oil smudges on the passenger side front seat and backrest.
This seat was spotless when I dropped it off. This is also unacceptable. Not a good experience.
