It took 3 hours for me to hear that an issue that I brought up for the 3rd time at least, is something Honda is aware of. If that’s really the case, why make me wait for so long? And if the issue is really what you claim, why is it getting progressively worse?
While waiting for the car, I texted my advisor and never got a reply. The first time I got a comment about the status of the car, was that it was ready for me to pick up. That text message arrived about an hour after I picked up the car.
