Here is why I wasn't COMPLETELY satisfied. 1. An hour and 15min is a crazy amount of time for an oil change. The service rep did say it would take that long, so it wasn't like I was surprised or anything. 2. One of the reasons I got my oil changed here is because of the competitive price and the car wash. However, I did not get my car wash yesterday which is disappointing. I drive out of my way to come to Rapids Honda, but I think I can get the same quality (possibly better) somewhere else.
