He was friendly and courteous when I checked in. Other than that my interaction with him was limited to handing me my paperwork and telling me where the vehicle was parked. My other dealership experiences have had someone acknowledge me right away when I exited my vehicle so this was a little bit different experience. The waiting area was okay, I enjoyed the free coffee.

I was satisfied with Michael nice and professional. I was in for oil change and tire rotation no appt just walk in. Michal told me about how long of a wait it was and kept me updated. I had asked to have the car washed which is free after they were done but I noticed when I walked out to the car it hadn’t been done but at that point I had to leave to make it to another appt. My car wasn’t filthy so it looked ok but after walking around to the front it was o viola it hadn’t been washed. If it was they need a new washing device.

The tonneau cover & protective film were installed well. The inside windshield was not completely cleaned & had streaks. I cleaned the inside windshield myselfand removed the streaks.
