I love Rapids Honda, I would never go anywhere else. They treat you well and I believe they are fair and honest. When my C-rv was totaled because a deer ran out on I94 on a sunny Saturday early afternoon I had cash in hand and could have gone anywhere. I brought the car in for service at 7:15 am and started calling the service department later in the afternoon for the status and no one could tell me if or when my car would be ready. I was never informed that my car would not be completed that day. I called again the morning of the next day and still was unable to speak to anyone about the status of my vehicle. Later that morning I finally received a text that a part was ordered and my car would be ready that afternoon.
I also was not happy with the 3% charge for using a credit card. Once again, there was no communication prior to pickup there would be an additional charge. If I would have known ahead of pickup, I could have brought a check.

This was not a pleasant visit at all. I told them I needed the complementary service loaner and I know you do that because my wife just got one a couple weeks prior. When I got there he said they don’t do that but if I needed a vehicle, I can pay $55 for the day. I declined and asked for a ride home. That was a terrible experience as they put another customer in the same vehicle, but we lived in complete opposite directions so about 40 minutes apart. I then tried to call him and message few times with no response. Then when I finally got back he was short and rude with me. This will be my last service visit there.
